On April 19, 2012, the Organization and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Sealed Air Corporation approved a special bonus for Tod S. Christie, our Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasuer, effective as of such date, which consisted of 15,690 shares of restricted stock under our 2005 Contingent Stock Plan and a cash bonus of $100,000.  Mr. Christie was awarded this special bonus for his additional duties serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
