On April 18, 2012, Harleysville Savings Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the three and six months ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On April 18, 2012, the Company also announced that the board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to be paid by the Company on its outstanding shares of common stock. The cash dividend is payable May 23, 2012 to stockholders of record as of May 9, 2012.
