On April 19, 2012, Associated Banc-Corp announced its earnings for the first quarter of 2012. A copy of the registrant’s press release containing this information and the slide presentation discussed on the conference call for investors and analysts on April 19, 2012, are being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
