Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 17, 2012, the Board of Directors of MVB Financial Corp approved the implementation of a semi annual cash dividend. A cash dividend of $0.07 per share was declared, payable to shareholders of record May 31, 2012, payable June 15, 2012. It is anticipated the next cash dividend will be paid on December 14, 2012 with the rate to be determined.
