Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 18, 2012, Interphase Corporation issued a press release announcing the debut of penveu™ – an interactive device that enhances the functionality of installed projectors and large screen displays, making any flat surface – from pull down screens to HDTVs – an interactive display system. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
