On April 16, 2012, Neah Power Systems, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it will present at the ZINO Green Investment Forum in Bellevue, WA, on April 17, 2012. The Company is furnishing the presentation slides for this presentation as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
