Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 16, 2012, GC China Turbine Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s inability to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011 within the extended filing deadline provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
