On April 13, 2012, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan Chase” or the “Firm”) reported 2012 first quarter net income of $5.4 billion, or $1.31 per share, compared with net income of $5.6 billion, or $1.28 per share, in the first quarter of 2011.
