Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 12, 2012 Halo Companies, Inc. (“Halo”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its quarter ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
