Effective April 5, 2012, our stock symbol changed from "WWZD" to "PFNI" to
better reflect the new name of our company. The symbol change became effective
with the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board at the opening of trading on April 5,
2012 under the new stock symbol "PFNI".
