(the “Registrant”) held a webinar for registered representatives and stockholders to review the Registrant’s financial results and provide a portfolio and acquisition update. A copy of the presentation materials used during the webinar is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
