The Board of Directors of the Company has approved a record date and meeting date for the Company's 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of DSW Inc. will be held at 810 DSW Drive, Columbus, Ohio on June 14, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Savings Time. Only the holders of record of Class A and Class B Common Shares at the close of business on April 17, 2012, our record date for the Annual Meeting, are entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
