Item 2.04 Triggering Events That Accelerate or Increase a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement.
High Capital Funding, LLC issued a notice of default to Bill the Butcher, Inc., on a $300,000 promissory note dated May 5, 2011, which matured on February 15, 2012. Default interest at a rate of 24% per annum is currently accruing on the note.
