In connection with its name change from “PetroAlgae Inc.” to “Parabel Inc.”, Parabel Inc. (the “Company”) applied to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) to change its ticker symbol from “PALG” to “PABL” on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets Group. On April 2, 2012, the Company received notification from FINRA approving the ticker symbol change, effective at the opening of business on April 3, 2012.
