On April 2, 2012, and effective immediately, Michael S. Green resigned as director from The Hillman Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) and from all director, officer or committee positions at any of the Company’s subsidiaries, including without limitation, The Hillman Group, Inc., Hillman Investment Company and All Points Industries, Inc. Mr. Green’s resignation is due to his departure from Oak Hill Capital Partners.
