On April 2, 2012, Arnold Staloff voluntarily resigned from his position as a director of CleanTech Innovations, Inc, or the Company. Mr. Staloff’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Staloff for his service as a director of the Company and notes that upon his resignation, Mr. Staloff will become an advisor to the Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
