On March 29, 2012, the Board of Directors of Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (the “Company”) set the Company’s 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for May 22, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., Central Time, at the Company’s offices located at 416 South Bell Avenue, Ames, Iowa 50010, and set April 4, 2012 as the record date for those eligible to receive notice of and to vote at the 2012 Annual Meeting.
