Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 29, 2012, Williams Partners L.P. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the occurrence of a fire at the Company’s Lathrop compressor station near Springville, Pennsylvania. The cause and impact of the fire are being investigated. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
