Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 29, 2012, Auxilio, Inc. issued a press release disclosing its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011. On that same day, the Company held a conference call with analysts and investors to discuss its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
