On March 28, 2012, we issued a press release announcing the results of our tender/exchange offer related to our 3.25% Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2026, the execution of a securities purchase agreement for the issuance of securities in a transaction exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and information regarding the funding of our previously announced tender offer related to our 8.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
