Retirement of Director
On March 26, 2012, David W. Pidwell informed Informatica Corporation (“Informatica”) that he will retire from the Board of Directors at the end of his current term and will not stand for re-election at Informatica’s 2012 annual meeting of stockholders (the “2012 annual meeting”). Mr. Pidwell will continue to serve as a director until the 2012 annual meeting, which is currently expected to be held on May 31, 2012.
