Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 23, 2012, Verint Systems Inc. ( "Verint") issued a press release announcing the timing for its conference call to discuss selected financial information for the fourth quarter and full year ended January 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 7.01.
Item 8.01. Other Events
The 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Verint will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1575 Round Swamp Road, Plainview, New York 11803 (the "Annual Meeting"). The record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting will be the close of business on May 2, 2012.
