On March 22, 2012, IHS Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release providing updated call-in information for the earnings call previously announced for March 22, 2012 at 8:00am Eastern Daylight Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The webcast previously scheduled for this call will not be immediately available due to technical issues. Also furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this release is supplemental information that will be referenced during the earnings call.
