This Form 8-K/A amends our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 9, 2012, in which we erroneously stated that Mr. Cranford serves as a director of First Bank Corp. Mr. Cranford serves on an advisory board for the Denton, NC branch of First Bank, which is owned and operated by First Bancorp (Nasdaq: FBNC). In addition, we stated that Mr. Cranford served as a director for the North Carolina Electrical Cooperative. The correct name of the cooperative is the North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation.
