Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 19, 2012, China Botanic Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended January 31, 2012 and reaffirming its fiscal 2012 revenue and net income guidance.
