Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 16, 2012, AnythingIT Inc. issued a press release announcing that, in conjunction with Verizon Wireless, the two companies collected over 100,000 pounds of electronics at the "Verizon Wireless Recycling Rally" held on March 8, 2012. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
