Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On March 13, 2012, the Board of Directors of Wired Associates Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) authorized an amendment to the Company’s bylaws changing the Company’s fiscal year end from October 31 to December 31. The Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K on or before March 31, 2012 that will cover the two month transition period.
