Retirement of Director
On March 12, 2012, Thomas J. Coffey notified the Board of Directors of his desire to retire from the Board after 12 years of service to the Company and, accordingly, that he will not stand for re-election as a director at the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Coffey’s retirement will be effective at the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
