The Special Meeting of PCS Edventures!.com, Inc. scheduled for March 14, 2012, was adjourned due to the lack of a quorum being represented.  The meeting will reconvene on April 4, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. MDT, at the Company’s corporate offices.  Shareholders may continue to vote using proxy cards previously distributed until April 3, 2012. Notice of the adjournment will be mailed to all shareholders.
