(b) Effective March 15, 2012, Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc. (the “Company”) has eliminated the Company’s position of Senior Vice President, Exploration. Robert N. Martin, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Exploration, prior to such elimination, will continue to provide geological services to the Company as a consultant on an as needed basis.
