Item 7.01 Regulation FD.
On March 16, 2012, CoreSite Realty Corporation (“CoreSite”) issued a press release announcing that its 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at 1:30 p.m., Central Time, at the JW Marriott Chicago, 151 West Adams Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603. The text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
On March 14, 2012, CoreSite issued a press release announcing payment of a dividend on April 16, 2012, to holders of record on March 31, 2012. The effective record date of the dividend is March 30, 2012.
