Item 8.01 Other Events
MMRGlobal, Inc. (the "Company") is in the process of seeking other financing arrangements to replace its current equity facility with Dutchess Equity Fund, II, L.P. The Company intends to replace such equity facility shortly following the filing of the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011.
