On March 12, 2012, Pulse Electronics Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release regarding its results of operations for its fiscal year ended December 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
