Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby reconfirms previously issued guidance for its net income per share (fully diluted) and funds from operations per share (fully diluted) for the year ending December 31, 2012 to be between $0.98 and $1.18 and $4.32 and $4.52, respectively.

On March 9, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that Tom Heneghan, ELS’ President and CEO, will make a presentation at the Citi 2012 Global Property CEO Conference on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 3:35pm Eastern Time.
