Item 8.01 Other Events
On March 7, 2012, Ark Restaurants Corp. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share to be paid on April 4, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2012.
