March 8, 2012 Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing its results of the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
On March 8, 2012, the Company held an investor’s conference call to discuss the results of the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011 and its current activities. This Current Report on Form 8-K includes a copy of the slides presented by Management as Exhibit 99.2.
