Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 8, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors had voted to have the Company’s 2012 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on May 9, 2012, at the Company’s corporate headquarters, which are located at 445 South Street, Morristown, NJ. Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2012 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
