On February 29, 2012, Mr. Frank Battafarano resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of BioNeutral Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), which resignation became effective immediately. Mr. Battafarano stated that his resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
