Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 7, 2012, Kimberly-Clark Corporation announced that Tony Palmer has been elected as President, Global Brands and Innovation. Mr. Palmer’s former position was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. A copy of the news release announcing the election is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
