Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 7, 2012, Coldwater Creek Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter and year ended January 28, 2012. A copy of the press release is set forth as Exhibit 99.1.
