On March 6, 2012, Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc. (the "Company") made available presentation materials to be used by the Company at the Raymond James 33^rd Annual Institutional Investors Conference at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes hotel in Orlando, FL. A copy of the presentation materials is included as Exhibit 99.1.
