On March 6, 2012, Neogenix Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a letter to its shareholders from Philip M. Arlen, M.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and made available to the public, regarding, among other things, issues relating to certain current developments regarding the Company.
