On March 5, 2012, we received notification from The NASDAQ Capital market that we have regained compliance for the continued listing of our common stock by satisfying the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for at least 10 consecutive days in accordance with Marketplace Rule 4310(c). The last reported big price of our common stock was $1.45 on Friday, March 2, 2012.
