On March 6, 2012, Brian Bird, vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, and Daniel Rausch, director – investor relations and business development, of NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the “Company”), will be in Baltimore, Maryland, presenting certain information concerning the Company to certain investors. During the presentation, the Company will be reaffirming its 2012 earnings guidance of $2.35 to $2.50 per share.
