On March 1, 2012, Columbia Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release entitled, “Columbia Laboratories Announces 42% Workforce Reduction” (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
Frank C. Condella, Jr., president and chief executive officer of Columbia Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”), and Lawrence A. Gyenes, the Company's senior vice president and chief financial officer, will present to various investors beginning March 5, 2012.
