ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On March 1, 2012, Trans World Entertainment Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter ended January 28, 2012. A copy of Trans World Entertainment Corporation’s press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
