ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.
Effective as of February 28, 2012, Select Comfort SC Corporation, Select Comfort Corporation, and Blind John, LLC entered into Amendment Three to Lease with respect to Select Comfort’s leased premises located in Irmo, South Carolina (the “Amendment”).
The Amendment provides for the landlord, Blind John, LLC to make $250,000 available for leasehold improvements to the leased premises. The Amendment also extends the term of the lease an additional three years commencing March 1, 2013 through February 28, 2016. The current base rent of $34,908.50 per month will remain the same during the extension term.
