On March 1, 2012, El Paso Corporation (“El Paso”) issued a press release announcing that the Delaware Court of Chancery issued an opinion in connection with El Paso’s pending transaction with Kinder Morgan, Inc.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
