Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 1, 2012, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Duff & Phelps Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Gordon A. Paris as a new director, effective immediately. Mr. Paris is not a party to any transaction that is required to be reported pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company regarding the appointment of Mr. Paris is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
