ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
 
In accordance with General Instruction B.2. to Form 8-K, the following information shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
 
On March 1, 2011, A. M. Castle & Co. (the “Company”) held a conference call to discuss its earnings for fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2011.  The Company would like to clarify the answer given in response to a question received during the call.  The Company anticipates 2012 sales growth in the 10-15% range.  Excluding the acquisition of Tube Supply, Inc. (“Tube Supply”), sales in the Company’s legacy business are expected to increase 10-15% in 2012 compared to 2011.  In addition, the Company will realize a full year of sales from Tube Supply, which is also expected to achieve sales growth in the range of 10-15% from its 2011 levels.
